This lover of the Cévennes, ardent defender of an authentic savoir-vivre prepares tasty dishes that pay tribute to the area. Its generous and inventive cooking pays homage to the Cévennes area.
For a stopover in the evening or half board, alone, with family or group (capacity of 70 seats), the restaurant welcomes you from April to the beginning of November.
The exceptional site of the Hotel du Mont Aigoual attracts passing business travelers, tour groups and coaches to the region. We propose menus adapted to their respective budgets and timetable constraints.
Dinner: 7 pm to 9 pm
Lunch: 12 noon - 1.30 pm
From Monday 25 March we will be offering dinner with a menu of the day. The menu à la carte menu will be available in April.
The restaurant will be open for lunch from Saturday 30 March. The restaurant is closed for lunch on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
